I have been on the Belly Fat Cure for over a month and my blood sugar levels have dropped dramatically without changing anything else in my life. I am writing especially since WebMD has just put out a negative review, written by someone who is clearly biased. I found it to be much easier to follow and stick with. It makes sense to me to eat this way and the best part is "never" feeling deprived or hungry.
